Manuals can identify available designs and the meaning of code positions, but they do not establish which option was installed, whether a shelf unit remains available or whether two historical revisions are interchangeable. Read the document alongside a complete nameplate photograph and the current machine context.

Document numbers and publication dates matter. A later manual can cover a different design state, while an older sheet can omit options introduced during the product’s life. Keep the source title with the equipment record so a technician can see which reference was used.
