Privacy at Litco Automation

Effective September 14, 2026. Litco Automation, Inc. collects the information you choose to provide, such as your name, company, email, phone number, shipping destination, equipment details, message and uploaded product photographs.

How Litco uses submitted information

Litco uses the information to identify industrial equipment, check records and inventory, discuss condition or compatibility, evaluate repair or exchange options, prepare a response, and maintain business and service records related to the request.

Photographs and storage

Uploaded images are stored privately with the corresponding request and are intended for product identification and service review. Do not upload passwords, access badges, proprietary machine programs, personal documents or other information that Litco does not need to identify the unit.

Sharing and retention

When the online forms are enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated abuse. Litco stores the request and uses Microsoft 365 to notify its sales and service team. Submitted photo links are private bearer links that expire after seven days; authorized recipients must not forward them outside Litco.

Litco does not sell submitted personal information. Information may be handled by service providers that support website hosting, storage and business communications, and may be disclosed when required by law. Records are retained as needed to answer the request and maintain appropriate business, warranty, service and legal records.

Your choices

Optional advertising measurement is off until you accept it. If you accept, Google Ads receives visit and device information, advertising click identifiers and a request reference when a quote or repair request is successfully saved. This helps connect advertising clicks with inquiries; simply opening a page is not a completed inquiry. We do not send your form answers, contact details or photographs as part of this measurement, and personalized advertising is disabled.

Google may set advertising-measurement cookies. We also keep campaign information in this browser session and with a request when measurement is accepted. Your privacy choice is remembered on this device for up to 180 days. You can reject or change it using “Privacy & cookie choices” at the bottom of any page. Rejecting optional measurement does not affect calling Litco or submitting a form.

For eligible ad visits with measurement accepted, the displayed San Antonio number may be replaced with a Google forwarding number that still reaches Litco. Google uses call details, including duration, to measure calls from ads. Clicking a phone link alone is not counted as a completed phone call.

After withdrawal, no further lead-measurement events are sent by this site. Google’s consent update may send a limited cookie-free signal on the already-open page; later page loads do not load the Google tag unless you accept again.
