Privacy at Litco Automation

Effective September 18, 2026. Litco Automation, Inc. collects the information you choose to provide, such as your name, company, email, phone number, shipping destination, equipment details, message and uploaded product photographs.

How Litco uses submitted information

Litco uses the information to identify industrial equipment, check records and inventory, discuss condition or compatibility, evaluate repair or exchange options, prepare a response, and maintain business and service records related to the request.

Photographs and storage

Uploaded images are stored privately with the corresponding request and are intended for product identification and service review. Do not upload passwords, access badges, proprietary machine programs, personal documents or other information that Litco does not need to identify the unit.

Sharing and retention

When the online forms are enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated abuse. Litco stores the request and uses Microsoft 365 to notify its sales and service team. Submitted photo links are private bearer links that expire after seven days; authorized recipients must not forward them outside Litco.

Litco does not sell submitted personal information. Information may be handled by service providers that support website hosting, storage and business communications, and may be disclosed when required by law. Records are retained as needed to answer the request and maintain appropriate business, warranty, service and legal records.

Optional Google Ads measurement

Optional advertising measurement is off until you accept it. If you accept, Google Ads receives visit and device information, advertising click identifiers and a request reference when a quote or repair request is successfully saved. This helps connect advertising clicks with inquiries; simply opening a page is not a completed inquiry. We do not send your form answers, contact details or photographs as part of this measurement, and personalized advertising is disabled.

Google may set advertising-measurement cookies. We also keep campaign information in this browser session and with a request when measurement is accepted. Your privacy choice is remembered on this device for up to 180 days. You can reject or change it using “Privacy & cookie choices” at the bottom of any page. Rejecting optional measurement does not affect calling Litco or submitting a form.

For eligible ad visits with measurement accepted, the displayed San Antonio number may be replaced with a Google forwarding number that still reaches Litco. Google uses call details, including duration, to measure calls from ads. Clicking a phone link alone is not counted as a completed phone call.

After withdrawal, no further lead-measurement events are sent by this site. Google’s consent update may send a limited cookie-free signal on the already-open page. The shared Google tag loads only when at least one of your separate measurement choices is accepted. Browser or third-party restrictions may prevent measurement even after acceptance.

Optional ad source saved with your request

Each optional measurement choice is off until you accept it. “Accept all” enables Google Ads measurement, Google Analytics visitor counts, ad-source saving, and OpenAI ad measurement and contact matching together. You can instead choose individual settings or reject optional measurement; calls and forms work either way.

“Save ad source with my request” is a separate choice, off until you accept it. Before you make a choice, ordinary links between our public pages may carry the ChatGPT ad-source parameters already present in your visit URL. This does not load an advertising pixel or save a browser attribution record, and stops once you make either ad-source or OpenAI measurement choice. Litco then keeps the first and most recent tagged ad visits in this browser for a window of up to 30 days beginning with the first saved visit only if you accept ad-source saving. The record includes the visit time, public page path observed when a tagged visit is recorded after permission, campaign and ad identifiers, and an advertising click reference when supplied. Untagged visits do not replace a saved ad source. Your choice is remembered for up to 180 days.

When you submit a request with this choice enabled, that ad-source record is saved with the request for internal business reporting. This feature does not transmit your request or its attribution record to Google or OpenAI. Your separate Google measurement choices still control those features. Withdrawing ad-source permission clears accessible browser attribution and stops future capture; it does not automatically delete attribution already saved with an earlier request. Calls and forms work without any optional permission.

Optional OpenAI ad measurement and contact matching

This is a separate choice, off until you accept it. We do not load OpenAI’s measurement script before your permission. With permission, the pixel uses browser and click identifiers, public page visits and a deduplicated event when a buyer, repair or emergency inquiry is successfully saved. Opening a form, clicking a phone link, selling equipment to Litco or making a diagnostic test is not counted as a saved-inquiry conversion.

OpenAI’s automatic advanced matching may detect available contact information from form interactions and page data, even before a form is submitted. It hashes names, email addresses and phone numbers in your browser before sending them, and may send normalized country, city, region and postal information without hashing those geographic fields. Litco does not manually enrich this pixel with customer information or send request messages, product photographs or the full saved request. Our page and lead events opt out of future user-level personalization.

The pixel uses first-party browser and ad-click cookies; its current browser identifier lasts up to one year and its click-reference cookie up to 30 days. Litco remembers this separate privacy choice for up to 180 days and uses non-contact event identifiers locally for up to 90 days to prevent duplicate inquiries. Expired local identifiers are removed when the site next checks them; storage may remain while the site is closed. We store whether this measurement was permitted when a request was originally saved; older or originally unconsented requests are not retroactively converted into events.

You can withdraw permission using “Privacy & cookie choices” at the bottom of any page. This stops future page and inquiry measurement from this site and tells the pixel to disable contact matching and remove its accessible browser and click cookies. Previously transmitted data and requests already in flight cannot be retracted; the already-loaded pixel may send limited operational diagnostics. Browser restrictions may prevent measurement even after permission. Calls and forms remain available if you reject this choice. See OpenAI’s privacy policy.

Optional Google Analytics visitor measurement

Google Analytics 4 is a separate, optional choice, off until you accept it. Accepting advertising measurement does not accept Analytics. With Analytics accepted, Google receives page-use, session, engagement and device information to measure activity, including recent active users. These totals represent measured users, not every visitor or a list of identifiable people.

We send known public page names and canonical page URLs without query strings, fragments or referrers. We do not send your search terms, form answers, contact details, request references or photographs to Analytics. Automatic form and search tracking, Google Signals, user-provided data collection and personalized advertising are disabled. Analytics access is restricted to authorized reporting users and services.

Analytics user- and event-level data retention is set to two months, without resetting retention for new activity; aggregate reports can be retained longer. Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 90 days without extending that period on each visit. Your separate Analytics choice is remembered for up to 180 days. You can withdraw it through “Privacy & cookie choices” at the bottom of any page; this stops further Analytics events from this site and removes accessible Analytics cookies.
