About TVR
Indramat TVR modules are regulated, regenerative power supplies for modular AC drive systems. The documented TVR3.1 design provides DC-bus and control voltages for connected Indramat main and servo drive modules and returns motor braking energy to the mains. Correct replacement selection requires the complete type code, incoming mains, connected drive load, DC-bus requirements, chokes, bleeder arrangement, grounding and cabinet conditions.

Power modules are selected as part of a cabinet, not as isolated boxes. The incoming power, connected axes and braking cycle all affect the correct replacement.

- Mains voltage, transformer and line components
- Connected drive modules and total cabinet load
- Braking, bleeder, regeneration, fan and cooling arrangement
