What to check before replacement or repair
Power modules are selected as part of a cabinet, not as isolated boxes. The incoming power, connected axes and braking cycle all affect the correct replacement.
- Complete supply type code and power designation
- Mains voltage, transformer and line components
- Connected drive modules and total cabinet load
- Braking, bleeder, regeneration, fan and cooling arrangement
Record the cabinet fault, line conditions and connected load before removing the supply. Photos of adjacent modules and wiring give Litco the system context needed for evaluation.
