About HLC
HLC modules temporarily store DC-bus energy, reducing braking-resistor heat in repetitive cycles. Capacitance, voltage class and the complete motion profile determine proper selection.
What to check before replacement or repair
Power modules are selected as part of a cabinet, not as isolated boxes. The incoming power, connected axes and braking cycle all affect the correct replacement.

- Connected drive modules and total cabinet load
- Braking, bleeder, regeneration, fan and cooling arrangement
